- Manages and coordinates organization wide efforts to ensure that performance management and quality improvement.
- Develops and communicates the strategic vision, scope and mission of the Performance Improvement Program at StoneSprings Hospital Center.
- Helps to developPM and QA training programs that focus on enabling the workforce to achieve improvements with priority health and patient safety concerns.
- Participates in organizational strategic planning and provides leadership for PM and QA policy development.
- Bachelors Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
- at least 1 year of quality experience
- 8 hour shifts - Monday - Friday - this position will be in office
