A leading acute care facility in Loudoun County, StoneSprings Hospital Center has been providing quality healthcare services since 2015. Our 120+ bed hospital offers a full-service 24/7 Emergency Department, advanced heart and vascular care, extensive diagnostic imaging capabilities, minimally invasive robotic surgery, and maternal/child health services.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a CNC, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit during your designated shift.

About the Role:

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator ensures efficient throughput and high-quality patient care through effective admission and discharge processes. You will participate in ongoing assessments of patient care services, collaborate with subject matter experts, and create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service. Your commitment to patient-first philosophy will drive service recovery when necessary.

In addition, you will support engagement initiatives by operationalizing current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other programs. Recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff will be a key aspect of this role, as well as implementing courses of action to ensure a competitively better organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor according to patient care needs and productivity guidelines
  • Support proper inventory control and assist with managing supplies and equipment

Qualifications:

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license

Earnings: The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive medical coverage, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
