Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Quality Control Coordinator to join our project management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including daily logs, progress updates, and final project reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects, including potential delays, cost overruns, and environmental impacts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in construction quality control, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of construction principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
