Description and Responsibilities

Open Sky is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator who, under the direction of the Purchasing & Payables Manager, will analyze and process Accounts Payable in a timely manner. They will maintain and update vendor files to include all required documentation such as W-9 requirements, EFT information, address, insurance verification, and terms of payments as well as handle all vendor correspondence. The Accounts Payable Administrator will also prepare weekly checks, EFTs, and bank transfers to ensure invoices are properly funded and provide management with audit support for internal and external audits.

Other Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor Accounts Payable email and assist with inquires, questions, or concerns promptly.
* Assist in year-end 1099 generation and reconciliation.
* Request and maintain files for vendor insurance certificates and W-9 forms.
* Perform other fiscal duties as requested by the Purchasing & Payables Manager.

Qualifications

* High School diploma, or equivalent, required. Associates Degree in Accounting, or related field preferred
* Experience in an Accounts Payable role and/or non profit accounting, preferred
* Experience with Blackbaud Financial Edge and PaperSave a plus
