You’ll work directly with our clients (other companies) and departmental leads across various marketing channels to deliver marketing campaigns that build their businesses. Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Build relationships with our clients to better understand their unique needs and concerns
  • Research, analyze, and review client competitors to leverage fellow team leads’ expertise in the client’s niche
  • Fulfill requests and answer questions for internal and external clients via phone or electronically
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Manage customer portfolios and organize workflow to meet clients’ time frames and demands in an expedited manner
  • Communicate with team leads to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met
  • Data entry of client projects and requests into the team’s project management system (ClickUp)
  • Navigate between multiple client projects quickly and accurately for streamlined success
  • Recommend process improvements where applicable
  • Maintain and grow existing client business by providing outstanding service and by recognizing and proactively offering appropriate services

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in a business-to-business customer service or administrative capacity (SAAS or tech preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a marketing-related role preferred
  • Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong research skills
  • Strong prioritization and time-management skills
  • Flexibility and agility, with the ability to switch task
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required
  • ClickUp, Google Suite, and HubSpot experience is preferred
  • Ability to work in office full time in Sacramento, California is required
