OPERATIONS & MARKETING COORDINATOR

Role and Responsibilities
The 412 Squash Association Operations & Marketing Coordinator will serve as an integral part of our organization by providing crucial administrative and marketing support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations and growth of the program. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, leading social media initiatives, managing schedules, booking appointments, processing payments, handling correspondence, and assisting with various projects as assigned. The Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Auxiliary Programs.

Specific Responsibilities

Essential Functions
  • Provide administrative project-based support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and input court bookings into scheduling database
  • Process billing and payments of services provided
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting any onboarding, enrollment, or billing related questions
  • Reply to daily emails and new inquiries about programming and booking trial sessions
  • Serve as an ambassador for the 412 Squash Association and assist in the sales of our services
  • Ensure that all clinic rosters are accurate and that every student has an active profile with requisite waiver and registration forms
  • Assist in the management and marketing of the 412 Squash Association and all social media postings
  • Assist in the coordination of various squash programs and special events
  • Attend all scheduled staff meetings and communicate and report on all sessions to the Director of Auxiliary Programs and Director of Squash
  • Collaborate with other parts of the program and school to grow the program
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

Requirements
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and highly responsive with a commitment to customer service
  • Experience with Meta and Google advertising platforms
  • A background and passion for marketing and social media
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack
  • Comfortable with technology and assessing new technology tools/platforms
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • A willingness and aptitude to get trained and learn all aspects of our operating software, Mindbody and all of its capabilities including: booking appointments, enrolling students in courses, processing payments, issuing credits, and preparing marketing campaigns
  • Previous experience working in customer service and/or education a plus
  • Be a team player and show a willingness to learn new things
  • Must complete sexual harassment and mandated reporter trainings
  • Must complete background check and provide proof of citizenship or legal status
