The Billing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the client billing process, ensuring the quality of billing which includes accuracy of invoices per contractual and client specifications, monitoring and follow up on WIP (Work in Progress), auditing of invoices, and providing timely resolution for accurate billing. You will work closely with internal staff to ensure projects are billed timely and accurately.

Qualified candidates for this exciting opening will have received an associate degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field and a minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field. Experience working in a Professional Services firm preferred. To be successful, candidates should have a minimum of an intermediate to advanced knowledge the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and a variety of other systems. Experience with STAR is a plus. Someone who enjoys working independently, while still being a part of a team, takes initiative on managing their work tasks, and has a professional polish will be successful in this role.

This position is available as a hybrid or fully in-office schedules. Candidates need to be available between 9am and 3pm PST and we are flexible on the start and end time around those core business hours to complete the work week. Occasional over-time as needed.

Pay Rate Range: $23.09 per hour minimum to $32.33 per hour maximum pay range
