* PRIORITIZES PATIENT CARE BASED ON ACUITY AND USES TIME, SUPPLIES, & OTHER RESOURCES PRODUCTIVELY* Answers pages and new orders in a timely manner* Responds promptly to urgent needs* Utilizes free time constructively* Uses slow time to improve unit and department appearance* Uses slow time to stock areas and clean equipment* Assists other healthcare workers* Uses free time to participate in department projects* Completes work within assigned shift* Demonstrates ability to organize and prioritize work* Remains flexible to changing work load* Responds to delegation by charge personnel* Adheres to treatment schedule* Completes activities while conserving resources
