As a vital member of our therapy team, your primary role will involve delivering physical therapy services under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Qualifications:
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Illinois under the Illinois Physical Therapy Practice Act.
- Membership or eligibility for membership in the APTA is preferred.
- Possess a solid understanding of therapy techniques applicable to a diverse range of conditions and age groups, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.
- Current CPR certification and other relevant competencies are required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and assess information prior to initiating treatment.
- Implement evidence-based treatment strategies as outlined in the therapy plan.
- Maintain documentation, reporting, and communication regarding patient progress.
- Evaluate treatment effectiveness and relay findings.
- Uphold quality and service excellence by demonstrating a positive attitude, empathy, and professionalism.
- Foster a welcoming environment for patients, ensuring their privacy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance service delivery and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
