Role Responsibilities:
As a key member of our therapy team, the Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant will deliver physical therapy interventions under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Qualifications:- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in accordance with state regulations.
- Membership or eligibility for membership in a professional therapy association is preferred.
- Possess a solid foundation of therapy skills to address a wide range of conditions across all age groups.
Certifications:
Current CPR certification and other relevant competencies are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and assess patient information prior to initiating treatment.
- Implement evidence-based treatment strategies as outlined in the therapy plan.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate treatment outcomes effectively.
- Exhibit quality and service excellence by demonstrating a positive attitude and professionalism.
- Foster a welcoming environment for patients, ensuring their privacy and confidentiality are respected.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance service delivery and contribute to organizational improvements.
Additional Requirements:
- A valid Driver's License is necessary, along with the ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
