What we are looking for:

indiGO San Franciscos Marin campus is seeking a full-time, in-office Human Resources Administrator to join our growing team. This is a wonderful entry-level opportunity to work with a cohesive and supportive team that is excited to train a new team member.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

* Assist with the talent acquisition process, which may include recruiting, interviewing, and administering onboarding documents to new hires
* Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions as requested
* Assist management with screening job candidates, complete initial phone screens if needed
* Assemble new hire packages and ensure adequate supplies at each location
* Work with local management team to plan small employee events
* Provide innovative ideas to help streamline the HR departments operations
* Perform monthly personnel records audits
* Organize department electronic record keeping
* Audit and enforce compliance testing completion across the company
* Assist with additional compliance-related reports and tasks as needed
* Code HR-related bills
* Support HR Business Partner, Manager, and Director with ad hoc requests and projects
* Perform other duties as assigned

The opportunity is for you if you have:

* Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required.
* Previous HR Internship or HR Administrator experience preferred.
