Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate departments/individuals.
- Assist administrators, faculty, staff, and students.
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries via phone or email. Organize and distribute messages as appropriate.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.
- Perform data entry, word processing, spreadsheet, and database functions as requested.
- Operate a variety of office equipment.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
