Randstad is seeking customer service professionals to join our clients Credit Card Support team in North Phoenix. We are looking for candidates who can work 2nd shift and handle a high volume of inbound calls, 75-100 per shift. salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 1 PM - 10 PM

Responsibilities
START DATE: December 2nd, 2024
SCHEDULE: 1:00pm-10pm (days off are Saturday OR Sunday + a Tuesday, Wednesday OR Thursday)
DURATION: Temp to perm - can convert any time after 90 days
+ Inbound Call Center: 75-100 calls per day
+ You will work as a Customer Service Rep with the company's Consumer Lending department and will be responsible for providing quality customer experience while working to resolve customer's complaints/enquiries.
+ Responsible for reviewing the customer's credit card profile, payments, reviewing accounts, assisting the customer understand their balances
