As an Independent Licensed Therapist, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical services to patients in an in-person, office-based environment. This position is within our Refresh Mental Health (RMH) organization, which provides a variety of behavioral and mental health treatments, including individual and group therapy, medication management, and intensive outpatient programs. We seek a full-time and part-time Independent Licensed Therapist for our Marlborough, Massachusetts, location.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
* Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods
* Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications

Required Qualifications:

* Clear and active LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensed in Massachusetts
* Experience with health psychology
* Experience working with children or adolescents
* Experience with couples or family counseling
* Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
* Proven ability to work with patients in person and telehealth
* Onsite in Marlborough, MA
* Telehealth option 1-2 days a week if full-time. Additional days on-site

Preferred Qualification:

* 2+ years of clinical experience treating patients with behavioral health conditions
* Hospital based experience
* Solid computer and basic technology skills
* Proven ability to maintain effective and professional relationships with patient and other members of the care team
* Proven solid grasp of technology solutions and tools and ability to adapt
* Proven evidence of working effectively and collaboratively with colleagues
* Proven to be self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients
