We seek a full-time and part-time licensed clinical therapist for our brand-new Marlborough, Massachusetts, location.

Clinicians can use telehealth 1-2 days a week if full-time. Additional days on-site are required.

Compensation:

* The salary range for this position is $64,300 to $114,300 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

* Clear and active LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensed in Massachusetts.
* Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
* Experience with health psychology.
* Experience working with children or adolescents.
* Experience with couples or family counseling.
* Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients.

Beneficial Skills and Experience:

* Two years of clinical experience.
* A demonstrated history of ongoing professional development and growth
* Evidence of working effectively and collaboratively with colleagues
* Solid computer and basic technology skills are needed.
