Ellie Mental Health was founded in 2015 by Erin Pash, LMFT and Kyle Keller, LICSW when they opened the first Ellie clinic in Minneapolis. Since then, the Ellie Fam has continued to grow with multiple clinics in Minnesota and a growing number of locally owned and operated franchises across the country.

Responsibilities include:

Establishes positive, trusting rapport with clients & Ellie-Fam Team Members
Responsible for creative treatment planning & interventions to assist clients in achieving & exceeding treatment goals

Regularly meets with clients for ongoing therapy treatment

Complies with National Standards of Care set forth by Massachusetts State Licensing Board or any state where therapist is licensed

Complies with federal, state & HIPAA regulations, as it relates to medical records and confidentiality Maintains Electronic Medical Record & completes all required documentation according to legal standards

Submits all documentation within 24 hours including documentation of any / all collateral contact Benefit Eligible Clinicians will maintain a caseload of a minimum 25 billable client sessions / collateral contact hours per week

Participate in Integrated Care Model by coordinating services with collateral contact providers. Including but not limited to; family members, prescribers, school personnel, Intensive Care Coordinators, Therapeutic Mentors, Case Managers, etc. whenever appropriate Providing referrals for additional care or services when required

*Provide weekly Individual Supervision to Post-Graduate Licensure Eligible Clinicians. Review & sign clinical documentation of supervisees, provide signature for supervisees on licensure applications upon completion of licensure requirements, ensure supervisees are compliant with clinics policies & procedures and providing clinical care adherent to Code of Ethics, provide compassionate support for supervisees, model clinical best practices and work life balance, collaborate with Clinical Director to enhance clinic Team effectiveness and wellbeing.

Attend & actively participate in monthly 1:1 meetings with Clinical Director Attend & actively participate in monthly group supervisions & staff meetings

Respond to communications and requests from Clinical Director in a reasonable & professional time frame Completing all requirements to maintain Licensure

Review & follow practice & companys policies & procedures as detailed in provider manual documents

Any additional responsibilities as assigned by Clinic Director

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Candidates should have clinical licensure (LMHC, LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP etc.) in MA

*Candidates should be an approved supervisor with three years of full-time post-licensure clinical counseling experience, who is either a Massachusettss Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Independently Licensed Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist.

*Candidates should have prior experience providing clinical and administrative supervision

*Candidates should have afternoon and evening availability to be on-site while supervisees provide in-person services

Required experience with completing & reviewing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes

*Experience with Incident To billing procedures preferred

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients and supervisees

Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner

Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base

Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus)
