Clinical Resource Leaders

Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, the Clinical Resource Leader (CRL)#supervises, assesses plans, coordinates, facilitates, and evaluates patient care and staff development. The CRL provides comprehensive care for all patients. The CRL demonstrates the professional skills and behaviors to promote comprehensive, cost-effective, and meaningful healthcare for consumers. The CRL is a leader and resource within the department and within their#independent unit and will ensure daily operations reflect compliance with organizational and departmental goals, mission, vision, and values. # Hourly Pay Rate:#$36.96 - $58.94 # Qualifications Education: Prefer a Bachelor#s degree or higher in Nursing. Experience: Demonstrated leadership ability, skill, and experience Three to four (3-4) years of clinical experience relevant to the patient population and scope of care of the department is required.# Specialized Training: De-escalation techniques. Certification/Licensure: Must possess a current, valid AZ RN license; temporary AZ RN license; or valid compact RN licensure for current state of practice. Must also be in good standing with the issuing Board of Nursing. Requires a BLS card obtained through American Heart Association (AHA) training center upon hire. ENDO: ACLS and PALS required within six (6) months of hire or transfer. Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates (SGNA) certification preferred. FQHC Primary Care: Must have a valid fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety OR submit a completed Affidavit at time of hire. L#D: ACLS # NRP required upon hire or within three (3) months of hire or transfer if new grad/new to service. If less than 2 years of RN L#D experience the candidate must complete AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring class within six (6) months and AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring class within 2 years. #If greater than two (2) years of RN L#D experience will need AWHONN advanced fetal monitoring upon hire. Advanced Fetal Monitoring must be maintained every two (2) years through an approved course. IRP: Must obtain ACLS certification upon Hire or Transfer. Additional certifications may be required to work in specialty areas. McDowell Clinic: HIV certification required within thirty (30) months; Must have a valid fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety OR submit a completed Affidavit at time of hire. Medical: ONS (Chemotherapy Biotherapy Card) within twelve (12) months of hire or transfer, must obtain ACLS certification upon Hire or Transfer.
