Job Description
Job Description Responsibilities:
- Ability to read and understand scientific literature, including being able to identify study characteristics such as populations, interventions/exposures, comparators, and outcomes
- Knowledge of different types of study designs and ability to identify study designs
- Screen studies for evidence reviews by comparing literature to a set of inclusion/exclusion criteria
- Up to 20 hours per week; workload will fluctuate on weekly basis
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled at TAMU graduate program
- Experience with nutrition research or a related field (e.g., public health, epidemiology)
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation
- Computer access
Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
- Ability to understand scientific literature related to nutrition and health
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability for critical thinking
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
