Client Relationship Coordinator

Position Overview: Loot Rentals is hiring for a full-time, entry-level Client Relationship Coordinator at our DFW Location This position will report directly to the Client Relationship Director and is sales-focused and client-facing. The ideal candidate will bring energy and warmth to the Loot showroom and provide unparalleled service to our new and returning clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to all emails that come through the general inbox
  • Work with our inventory and invoicing software to create orders
  • Manage Will Call pickups and drop offs through the showroom
  • Maintain backend tasks for inventory software
  • Manage showroom visits/drop ins
  • Receive and correspond to wishlists, emails, and contact forms for new inquiries
  • Follow up on outstanding/expiring quotes
  • Collect client's payment details
  • Manage CRM
  • Coordinate client visits
  • Receptionist duties
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout facility
  • Assist sales team with any other duties or special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Experience in unparalleled customer service

  • Advanced computer skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work some nights/weekends
  • Some college coursework

Compensation:

  • $42,000/annually, exempt + commission
  • Benefits include health/vision/dental insurance options, 401K, maternity/paternity leave, Flexible PTO, supplemental insurance options, and more
