Night Shift Receptionist

Pay Range: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Full-time, Monday - Friday, 5:00PM - 1:00AM

East Meadow, NY

 

Receptionist Duties Include:

  • Acts as the face of our facility and greets visitors at the front desk
  • Operates a console telephone switchboard in order to relay incoming, outgoing and interoffice calls.
  • Directs everyone who enters approriately.
  • Provides exemplary customer service in a friendly and professional manner
  • Overall management of the lobby area
  • Addresses the questions or concerns of prospective or current residents and families
  • Provides support to the sales/marketing and business office teams
  • Represents community to visitors and callers in a professional, pleasant and courteous manner.
  • Ensures all questions and needs are directed to the appropriate person(s.)
