Superior Services R.S.H., Inc. is looking for a Driver / Mechanic to join our growing company. Superior Services is the #1 Duro-Last roofing installer in the state of Michigan.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in both routine maintenance and repair of light, medium, and heavy-duty equipment, as well as experience operating heavy equipment including cranes, telehandlers and semis, with a focus on quality workmanship, time management, and efficiency. Significant experience in only one area of the position may be sufficient for a candidate willing to learn.

Position Responsibilities:

* Complete routine maintenance of vehicles
* Maintain logs of repair and maintenance history
* Diagnose and repair faulty equipment
* Transport materials between suppliers and job sites
* Operate heavy equipment
* Assist in the loading and unloading of job sites
* Manage stock of inventory in on-site warehouses

Skills & Requirements:

* Valid driver's license with CDL certification required
* Strong interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with customers and team members
* Must be able to climb to roofs of varying heights if needed
* Must be willing to work weekends, when necessary
