Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roll Off Driver to join our team at Waste Pro USA, Inc. As a Roll Off Driver, you will be responsible for the delivery and emptying of large containers for our commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure containers by attaching hook to container; uses control levers to pull container up on the bed of the truck, secures straps and hand tarp individual containers as necessary.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through courteous and expeditious interactions with customers and municipal officials.
  • Operate compaction and lift equipment on vehicle.
  • Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections as set forth by Waste Pro procedures and D.O.T. guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained truck, including washing the exterior weekly.
Requirements
  • Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state in which the position works.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
  • Understand refuse collection policies, procedures, guidelines, and practices.
  • Must be able to speak and read English well enough to communicate with customers, co-workers, dispatch, and supervisors.
Work Environment

Works in a variety of environment conditions, including wide temperature and weather variations, including heat, cold, snow, rain, wind; noise and vibrations, fumes, odors, and dust.
