**Job Description:**

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Customer Service Representative** to join our team In this role you will get to support the Security and Installations Directorate (SI) Personnel Security Division's (SISP) Customer Service operation by providing value-added customer service through a full range of services for processing employee, military, and contractor personnel for employment, suitability, fitness requirements as well as assist with reciprocity determinations for background investigations and national security eligibility.

**What You'll Be Doing:**

+ Access data through various systems; DISS, Scattered Castles, JPAS NP2 Portal, DOD SAFE, Glide NGA ECDS, to include Crossmatch Live Scan Fingerprint System.

+ Provide positive, well-communicated response and closure of all customer inquiries. Only refer inquiries when the answer cannot be delivered by Customer Support.

+ Direct all incoming documentation to the appropriate person or database within 2 business days of receipt.

+ Deliver priority messages based on urgency.

+ Capture details of all actions in shared log or within the appropriate PeopleSoft security modules.

+ Return all phone messages within one business day of receipt.

+ Coordinate customer support activities across all Personnel Security Branches as customer inquiries are received to deliver the applicable answers.

+ Create and deliver reports and applicable procedure updates on or before the suspense date and with 100 percent accuracy when requested by Division Chief.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**

+ Active TS with SCI eligibility and ability to successfully complete a polygraph examination.

+ Bachelor's degree in security or criminal justice or equivalent experience in a related field

+ 7 - 10 years of relevant work experience.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**

+ Experience with DISS, Scattered Castles, NP2 Portal

+ Experience processing biometric data to include fingerprints.

**Minimum Clearance Required to Start:**

Top Secret
