The Installation Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling jobs with customers, third party inspectors and crews while preparing necessary documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Review pipeline to determine and coordinate date of site work with customer and internal teams.
* Provide professional and courteous communication to customers.
* Update customer records within a database.
* Strive to achieve monthly installation goals.
* Work to better understand and overcome customer objections.

Qualifications & Experience

* Desired attributes include organizational and time management skills, strong decision making and problem solving, team player and attention to detail.
* Professional and courteous communication through phone conversations, email and text messaging.
* Ability to establish priorities systematically with focus and organization.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office. SalesForce.com experience is preferred.
* Customer service experience is preferred.
