This hybrid role will require at least two days per week at our Oakdale, MN, office.

How you will spend your days as an A/P Shared Services Supervisor :
* Supervise a team of AP Associates and AP Leads.
* Oversees reports regarding cash flow; ensures correct payments are made in a timely manner.
* Analyzes expense reports and other invoices for accuracy and eligibility for payment.
* Reconciles accounts payable total and general ledger with other applicable records (e.g., subsidiary vendors ledger).
* Review bi-weekly time sheets.
* Audit monthly expense reports.
* Ensure expense reports comply with company policy.
* Review monthly P-card transactions.
* Maintain SOP's and ensure all divisions follow them.
* Assist in internal and external audits.
* Process annual 1099's.
* Ensures proper maintenance, filing, and storage of records in case of audits.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (preferred but not required).
* 3-5 years of related work with supervisory experience.
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
* Thorough understanding of accounts payable functions.
* Excellent supervisory and analytical skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to motivate staff.
