Position Overview:

To oversee the recruitment, training, certification and recertification of regular and therapeutic foster parents. Manage team members who receive intakes from ACS for kinship and non kinship FFC program, and match children with certified homes. Represent CV in the community on issues related to recruitment retention and training of foster parents.

Position Qualifications:

Bachelors' degree with at least 5 years experience in child welfare; A minimum of 2 years of qualifying supervision. Excellent management, supervision and people skills, strong writing skills and knowledge of all data bases relating to the division.

Salary: $65,000 (Flat Rate)
