Job Description:

  • Guest Reservation Management: Handle hotel reservations efficiently and accurately, providing exceptional customer service to guests while promoting EcoWay Voyagers' sustainable travel values.

  • Remote Booking Assistance: Assist guests with booking accommodations, providing information about available rooms, rates, amenities, and eco-friendly initiatives, while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

  • Reservation Coordination: Coordinate with remote hotel staff to ensure seamless reservation management, room assignments, and special requests, while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

  • Customer Engagement: Interact with guests via phone, email, and online chat to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their travel experience.

  • Eco-Friendly Travel Promotion: Educate guests about eco-friendly travel options, sustainable practices, and responsible tourism initiatives, encouraging them to make environmentally conscious choices during their stay.

  • Remote Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the reservations team, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and other tasks as needed to maintain efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
