We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Revenue System Administrator to join our Revenue Cycle department and play a key role in optimizing our revenue management systems.

Position Summary:

As a Revenue System Administrator, you will be responsible for the effective management, maintenance, and enhancement of our revenue management software and systems. You will collaborate closely with Revenue Cycle, AR and finance departments to ensure system accuracy, efficiency, and security, driving our financial success and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Administer, configure, and update revenue management systems to ensure optimal performance.
* Work closely with the IT department to integrate financial systems with other business applications.
* Conduct regular system audits to ensure accurate data processing and compliance with financial policies and regulations.
* Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the systems effectively.
* Develop and implement new features, functionalities, and enhancements in collaboration with IT specialists and financial analysts.
* Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
* Prepare and update documentation related to system configuration and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration, preferably in a revenue or financial system role.
* Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes and financial principles.
* Proficient in using and managing ERP systems and other financial software.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with [specific software/systems, e.g., SAP, Oracle].
* Certifications relevant to system administration or financial management.
