Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist patients, visitors and staff to help make their experience at Bellevue positive.
- Greet patients, visitors and staff entering the facility.
- Monitor the entrance and lobby to facilitate customer flow throughout the facility.
- At clinics or over the phone, facilitate patient flow, schedule appointments, and otherwise assist patients and staff.
- Maintain directory of facility, departments, programs, services and local transportation and community services.
- Identify and address patient and visitor concerns over the phone or in person. Report patient and visitor concerns to supervisor and to the appropriate department when they are not immediately resolved.
- Relay information and messages to appropriate personnel.
- Activate/deactivate visitor restrictions and follow-up when errors and contradictions are found.
- Record Visitor Restriction/Visitor Exception in EPIC and send interdepartmental email communication.
- Enter data into computer and other systems as needed.
- Performs all other tasks as assigned by Supervisor or designee.

Minimum Qualifications

Assignment Level I
1. High School diploma or GED; and
2. One (1) year of full-time customer service experience; and
3. Good written and oral English communication skills; and
4. Computer skills, including word processing, spread sheet and/or database software programs

Assignment Level II
1. High School diploma or GED; and
2. Two (2) years of full-time customer service experience, including one (1) year of supervisory/administrative experience; and
3. Good written and oral English communication skills; and
4. Computer skills, including word processing, spread sheet and/or database software programs
