About the role:

As an Executive Assistant, your role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of executive operations and maintaining a positive corporate image. The person in this position will need to be highly organized, proactive, and skilled at handling sensitive information with discretion. They'll essentially act as a gatekeeper, managing the executives' schedules and tasks to ensure they can focus on their most important priorities. Additionally, they'll likely serve as a representative of the organization, both internally and externally, so professionalism and strong communication skills will be essential.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with developing and updating complex PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and documents in support of team activities. Prepares meeting materials including assisting with the creation of the presentation, handouts, and other related materials as well as printing, binding, and collating of materials.

• Proactively manages and coordinates recurring and ongoing activities involving the leaders, including all-staff meetings, department leadership team meetings, and other activities requiring participation across the department leadership team.

• Converts concepts and ideas from discussions into presentation materials that can be used to analyze information or help make business decisions.

As an Executive Assistant, you bring:

• 10+ years administrative or office management experience including 5+ years' experience in an Executive Assistant or equivalent role, supporting C-suite level staff (for profit).

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

• High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, advanced knowledge of word processing, graphics, spreadsheets, database, and creating presentations in Power Point.

• Experience supporting or facilitating multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

• Strong proofreading and grammar skills.
