**Sponsorship Program for Home Health Care**

Announcing our new PAID Certified Nurse Assistant Training Program

You'll earn $13.50 an hour while in class. Upon successful completion of CNA Mi. state exam, you will be offered a full-time position on the Trinity Health At Home Team, as a Home Care Aide, earning an increased CNA wage.

**How does it work?**

+ Must be 18 years old, have a high school degree or GED and 1 year of professional caregiving experience in a facility or home health care. Must have reliable transportation with current license, registration, and insurance.

+ If selected to participate in the CNA training program, tuition and examination fees are paid by Trinity Health At Home.

+ Classes include **a)** First week is online class that is approximately 34 hours **b )** In person class, Monday through Thursday 9am-5pm for next two weeks. Week one is **lab** ​ at school in Ypsilanti. Week two is clinical on site in Ann Arbor.

**What type of work will you do? (examples below)**

+ Assists clients with personal care activities including bathing, mouth care, denture care, skin care, grooming, bathroom privileges, transferring, ambulation, and dressing and undressing activities.

+ Assists clients with household tasks including, planning, and preparing meals, feeding, light housekeeping, changing linens, making bed, and laundering clothes and bedding.

+ Accurately documents services provided in accordance with agency policy on day services are rendered.

+ Submits documentation in a timely manner.

+ Complies with agency policies and procedures.

+ Works with scheduling to assure accurate and up to date schedule.
