This position requires a typical shift time of 1am-6 or 9am.

Overview

A Dunkin Restaurant Baker is generally responsible for preparing and baking product according to Dunkin Brands operational standard. We are looking for a person that is knowledgeable in baking, creative and truly enjoys baking.

MUST BE 18+ TO APPLY FOR JBOD / POSITION SCHEDULE REQUIRES OVERNIGHT TIMES BEGINNING AT 1AM.

Responsibilities Include:

* Follow Brand standards, recipes and systems
* Follow food safety standards
* Prepare food and beverages
* Understand restaurant menu including limited time offers and promotions
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation
* Clean equipment and guest areas
* Understands ordering, inventory and supply
* Merchandising product
* Creative in decorating donuts
* Understands what are guest are looking for in our product
* Clean dishes
* Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
* Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas

Education/Experience:

* Experience is not required

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

* Standing on feet
* Repetitive motion including bending, stooping and reaching
* Lifting objects including boxes, ice and product up to 40lbs (if applicable)
* Working in a small space
*

Schedule:

* 6 or 8 hour shift
* Monday to Sunday
* Night shift

Requirements

* Must be willing to work at 1am for 6-8 hours
