Administrative Behavior Technician

* Support patients and families during on-site visits/services.
* Provide Behavior Technician (BT) services in the home, school, clinic and/or community settings, as agreed upon and as determined, by Regional Director and Clinical Manager.
* Maintain patient files and ensure compliance with all required regulations and company procedures.
* Consistently implement treatment plans (under BCBAs direction) and prepare program materials; treatment protocols that include a wide variety of domains such as toilet training, communication, social, and adaptive living skills.
* Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes utilizing data collection software.
* Participate in on-going training, evaluations, and meetings, as required.
* Assist with parent training and clinical assessments, as needed.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED (relevant college degree and coursework, preferred).
* Must have at least two (2) years of prior experience in an administrative capacity.
* Must have at least 6 months to one (1) year of prior experience, working with children (or similar related job experience).
* Desire to work with children, experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, preferred.
* Availability to work at least part-time hours weekly, including some flexibility regarding schedule changes required, to accommodate patient and staffing needs.
