Position Overview

Little Rays ABA is in search of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to become an integral part of our dedicated team, committed to delivering exceptional behavioral health services. The BCBA will play a crucial role in assessing, designing, and overseeing behavior intervention strategies across diverse environments, while also providing both direct and indirect supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

As a growing start-up, we are looking for a business-minded BCBA to join us on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time clinical director position as we expand.

Incentive: $5000 Signing Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and diagnose client needs to formulate behavior intervention plans.
  • Design and implement tailored treatment strategies grounded in evidence-based methodologies.
  • Develop and execute behavior plans in various settings, including home, educational, and community environments.
  • Oversee and mentor RBTs through direct and indirect supervision.
  • Continuously monitor, evaluate, and modify treatment plans as necessary.
  • Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related discipline.
  • Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • A minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with special needs.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
