DESCRIPTION:

As an Executive Assistant at Tutor Perini Corporation, reporting to the Executive Vice President of Tax, Treasury, and Corporate Secretary, you will have the opportunity to support both Business Development and Tax Treasury executives.

* Assist the tax group with managing the tax filings calendar, logging, and distributing tax notices, invoice processing, payroll tax reports, and managing the flow of documentation.
* Assist treasury group with managing the treasury calendar, administering, and managing corporate credit cards, filings for pension plan, vendor administration, producing bank letters and assisting with debt compliance.
* Assist Tax and Treasury EVP with meeting scheduling, screening directing phone calls, expense reporting, managing information flows, welcoming visitors, and issuing fuel cards.
* Assist the Business Development Officer with general executive assistant duties, maintaining quarterly business development binders and processing invoices.
* General Office duties to include, mail, copiers, supplies, preparing and clean up for conference room meetings, updating employee phone directory and minimal travel arrangements

REQUIREMENTS:

* 5 or more years of administrative assistant experience to include previous support to Vice President level executives.
* Experienced with MSOffice suite to include PowerPoint, Word, Outlook with strong MSExcel experience required.
* Must be willing to work 5 days a week on site in our Sylmar, CA office.
* Previous experience supporting executives in Tax, Treasury, or Accounting and Finance preferred.

Expected hourly payrate for the position is between $36.06 and $52.88 depending on experience.
