Customer Service Representative I

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will directly respond to customer inquiries via telephone, fax or email. Your primary responsibilities include initiating product orders, preparing order fulfillment, providing non-technical problem resolution, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth order fulfillment process. Position Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via telephone, fax, or email.
- Initiate product orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the order entry process for national and international customers.
- Create order fulfillment documentation to facilitate smooth and accurate order processing.
- Provide non-technical problem resolution to customer order inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the customer database system.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Credentials and Experience:
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of Customer Service or Order Fulfillment experience required.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, and adept at problem solving.
- Able to maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and optimistic personality.
- Proficient computer, data entry, and CRM system skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attentional to detail is a must.
- Must be able to consistently meet deadlines.
- Must be self-motivated and a team player.
Compensation:

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of the Customer Service Representative I position, the employee must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods as well as move about inside their office. The employee must be able to operate a computer and necessary office equipment. The employee must be able to position self to move objects and boxes weighing up to 10 pounds throughout the workday.
