Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
* V2X is seeking a motivated accounting intern who is ready to apply knowledge of financial terms and principles to an authentic real-world experience. The intern will assist with a wide range of duties, including analyzing data, preparing financial reports, and learning about varied accounting activities. This is an exciting opportunity for any student pursuing a career in finance.
* Duties will include:
* Assist with month-end financial reports.
* Review financial system reports and assist with allocation.
* Collaborate with the finance team on monthly forecasting.
* Assist with data entry.
* Assist on Special Projects and assignments as deemed fit by the hiring manager under typical finance responsibility.
* Performs other duties and assignments as required.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
* Education:
* Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting with at least 3 completed college years.
* Desired Requirements:
* Strong GPA (above 3.0).
* Aptitude for mathematics.
* Basic understanding of financial and accounting principle.
* Software:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Technology Used:
* Personal computer, printer, copy machine and other general office equipment.
* Skills:
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
