All positions are indoors, under AC, full-time, Monday through Friday, 1st Shift.

Fiberglass Finisher Responsibilities:

- Perform all aspects of the fiberglass finishing process for Dayton-Granger's parts, including sanding, buffing and masking products.

- Buffing or polishing any imperfection on units to meet our workmanship and industry standards for parts finishing.

- Touch-up painted surfaces prior to presentation to quality inspection.

- Completes production orders and related tasks on time and to the customer's specification.

- Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent.

- Must have working experience with all areas related to the fiberglass finishing processes- sanding, filling, and priming, preferably in the marine or auto body industry.

- Experience using an airpower sander.

- Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and written instructions.

- Physical Demands: Using various hand and air tools, lifting up to 25 pounds.

- Visual abilities: Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth vision, and ability to adjust focus.
