Client Liaison Support

POM Recoveries, Inc. • , is a national leader in the Receivables Management Industry.

Headquartered in Farmingdale, New York, POM is the boutique agency/servicer of choice for the Healthcare Industry. POM is recruiting an organized, self-motivated individual to work in our Client Services Department.

POM offers a comprehensive benefits package including but not limited to the following:

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

• Function in a fast paced environment

• Work with various client systems

• Serve as a liaison between our clients and various departments.

• Maintain a consistent level of professionalism at all times with clients, customers, and colleagues

Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

Position Requirements

Job Requirements:
  • High School grad, College a plus
  • Own vehicle for local travel to clients
  • Clerical experience, data entry, file management/processing, typing skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong MS Excel/Word/Outlook is required
  • Excellent written, oral communication & interpersonal skills
  • Able to interface with client at their site
  • Work with minimal supervision, multi task, detail orientated & well organized
