Assisting clients both in person and over the phone; handling various customer service inquiries.
Processing account forms / documents with precision and efficiency
Provide technical support and address inquiries regarding our various cutting-edge offerings.
Study and prepare to take the Series 7
Desired Qualifications and Attributes:
Experience with MS office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Bachelor's Degree (Business, Economics or Communications preferred)
Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and oral)
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
Ability to communicate effectively with our clients and internal teams
Professional, confident, and positive demeanor that stands out
Pay: $21-$24/hr
