We are actively seeking an experienced HR Generalist with expertise in Payroll Administration to join our client in the manufacturing industry. As they undergo rapid expansion, their Head of HR is spearheading the initiative to establish an in-house HR infrastructure. Be part of this exciting journey by exploring the details below

What You Will Do:
  • Assist in recruiting for various roles providing sourcing and screening support.
  • Manage payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance with multi-state requirements and multiple EINs.
  • Set up garnishments and new states for tax, maintaining payroll systems integrity.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in the dynamic environment, responding to employee inquiries with urgency and flexibility.

What You Will Have:
  • Experience within an HRIS running payroll, preferably UKG.
  • Ability to handle multi-state payroll and navigate complex payroll processes.
  • Flexibility to pivot quickly and work in an environment with evolving structures.
  • Comfortable collaborating with the CEO, COO, and Head of HR in a supportive team dynamic.
