Job Summary/Purpose: Provides a variety of secretarial duties for the Administrative Team to ensure the efficient and professional operation of the high school in accordance with Board Policy and District requirements in support of academic achievement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High school diploma or an equivalent combination of experience and training which would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Knowledge/Skills: Broad knowledge of general office skills, bookkeeping skills, operations of mathematics, grammar, spelling and punctuation. Verbal and written communication skills; human relations, and public relations.

Experience: Experience with word-processing, spreadsheets, database software, internet, customer service and personal computer skills preferred.

Salary: $16.42

Hours: 7:20 - 3:50
