JOB SUMMARY:
Client Care Specialist (CCS) complete group therapy documentation during their shift, conduct bi-weekly meetings with clients to plan for discharge and establish an outpatient team, provide technical support, and ensure clients' general well-being. We are offering Wednesday 6:00pm-6:00am, Thursday 7:00pm-7:00am, Friday 7:00pm-7:00am

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Upholds and maintains the Company, mission, and values (called the Lightfully "Shining Commitments").
• Supports clients' psychological safety.
• Accounts for attendance and execution of missing person protocol and informs leadership as necessary.
• Completes accurate and timely documentation for groups.
• Ensures that documentation accurately reflects all changes in the client's condition and notifies clinical staff of any noteworthy observations (e.g., psychological, and emotional symptoms, non-compliance in programming, and behavior usage).
• Schedules and conducts bi-weekly meetings with clients to plan for discharge, establish an outpatient team, and provide discharge resources.
• Collaborates with therapists during treatment team meetings to update them on clients' outpatient needs and concerns.
• Provides one-on-one assistance to clients in crisis as directed by the clinical team and the client's plan of care.
• Supports clients in navigating the virtual platforms used.
• Assists with clients in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner. Seeks assistance from licensed staff when needed.
• Performs all other duties assigned by the supervisor.

SPECIFIC SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
• Basic computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to navigate Electronic Medical Record systems.
• Basic knowledge of general office equipment is required.
• Ability to speak English fluently is a requirement; the ability to speak Spanish is preferred.
• Ability to communicate and write clearly and professionally is required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills. Must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from patients, referents, and the public.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have the ability to communicate with individuals over the phone, through electronic correspondence, and in person.
• Able to work for prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

MENTAL/SOCIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be able to demonstrate working effectively with and showing respect to all clients/patients and staff, including those from diverse ethnic, cultural, religious, socioeconomic, sexual preferences and/or identities, gender identities/expression, and political backgrounds.
• Must demonstrate the ability to navigate crises and solve problems independently, using best judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Must maintain a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude with staff and clients at all LBH facilities and within the organization.
• Must utilize professional communication when addressing issues with clients or staff.

OTHER INFORMATION:
• Must pass an extensive background check.
• Must meet the criteria of our auto use policy, including driving a vehicle and possessing a valid Driver's License.
• This is a remote position and requires the ability to perform all duties and responsibilities at home.

The pay range for his role is $21.00-$23.00 hourly.
