Responsibilities

Ascension Saint Thomas is looking for a Full Time Nocturnist to support our Hospitalist Team at our Ascension Saint Thomas West Hospital.

Position Highlights:

* 14 shifts per month
* Schedule: Average 7 days on, 7 days off. 7PM - 7AM. Opportunity for internal moonlighting / extra shifts. Swing shift support until midnight. Two nocturnist per shift.
* Expected volumes: Average 8 admissions per night. Closed ICU.
* Full Time Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision and Retirement

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Required Credential(s):

* Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. KY License also required if working in a Kentucky facility.

Education:

* Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Optometry (OD) or Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) required.
