Ascension Saint Thomas is seeking to add a Nocturnist to our Hospitalist Team in Nashville, TN

Position Highlights:

* Full time with benefits
* Providing nocturnist support to our hospital patinets
* Duties include Adminisions; rounding; and working with APP support
* Excellent communcation is required with Patients and family as well as peers and nursing support

* With 541 licensed beds, this hospital provides adult specialty care to the more than two million residents of Middle Tennessee, Southwestern Kentucky and Northern Alabama.
* Comprehensive stroke center
* The largest adult cardiac surgery and most comprehensive structural heart program in the region
* Saint Thomas and the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) have an established partnership in Middle Tennessee for training medical residents in a variety of specialties including internal medicine, family medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, and general surgery.

Requirements

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Required Credential(s):

* Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. KY License also required if working in a Kentucky facility.

Education:

* Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Optometry (OD) or Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) required.
