*PRN, Short-Term Option, etc.). Ascension Saint Thomas is looking for a Full Time Nocturnist to support our Hospitalist Team at our Ascension Saint Thomas West Hospital.

14 shifts per month
~ Schedule: 7 days per month as a Cardiac Nocturnist, working with an APP to cross cover for admissions of Cardiac patients; 7 days per month as a Medicine Nocturnist providing regular medicine duties with 1 additional Nocturnist to cover admissions and cross cover hospital patients. Closed ICU
~ During Cardiac Nocturnist - avg 7-9 admissions per night; Durning Medicine Rotation; volumes vary from 5-10 admissiions per night

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. KY License also required if working in a Kentucky facility.

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Optometry (OD) or Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) required.
