We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler to join our team. The Project Scheduler will be responsible for building and overseeing critical path plans and schedules for medium-sized and complex projects. Additionally, the role involves monitoring project costs and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints. In this role the Project Scheduler will be Engineering and building the project's Schedules for an EPC projects.
* Analyze project scope documents to define cost parameters.
* Collaborate with project teams and clients to review cost estimates and select design alternatives.
* Supervise preparation of project estimates, budgets, and updates.
* Integrate project estimates and schedules for cash flow forecasting.
* Review trend analyses, budget updates, and recommend corrective actions.
* Develop methods for predicting escalation rates and perform risk analysis.
* Prepare cost control reports and participate in claims analyses.
* Advise on cost impacts of design or construction changes.
* Participate in proposal preparation and client presentations.
* Establish methodologies for cost analyses and value engineering.
* Provide training and consulting services to clients.
* Analyze project data and prepare schedule analysis reports.
* Conduct schedule review meetings and recommend adjustments.
* Ensure compliance with internal and client procedures.
Requirement:
4 years technical degree
10-15 years related experience or equivalent working knowledge
Must have Engineering Project scheduling experience with EPC company
