Position Summary:
The Equipment Operator I operates a variety of power construction equipment within New England states and assists utility construction crew in performing their assigned duties.
Hiring Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent relevant experience.
* 1+ years of previous related experience and education.
* Can be qualified by an approved and competent company Operator on at least one piece of equipment from the following: Telehandler, Off-Road Haul Truck, Mini Loader or Skid Steer and all attachments.
* MA Hoisting license, or other applicable state license.
* Ability to read and write English.
* Ability to pass written tasks and associated Operator Qualification tests when applicable.
* OSHA 10 Construction Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training).
* Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card.
* Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License.
