The Revenue Transaction Coordinator, Senior enthusiastically represents SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment by displaying a positive attitude, maintaining a high level of energy, and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the job.

What you get to do:

The Revenue Transaction Coordinator, Senior is responsible to perform all daily, weekly, and monthly Revenue Transaction duties, including, but not limited to: revenue transaction input, filing, inventory report creation, Over/Short reconciliation report creation. This role supervises the receipt of funds from guests and team members, disbursement of funds, and recording of monetary transactions. You will also:

* Receives, compiles, analyzes and interprets monetary transactions; monitors, computes, classifies, records and verifies the accuracy of daily deposits.
* Makes adjustments as necessary to accounting systems.
* Performs all daily, weekly, and monthly Revenue Transaction duties, including, but not limited to: revenue transaction input, filing, Over/Short reconciliation report creation
* Creates daily report to Revenue Transaction management on any department ambassador discrepancies or training issues
* Assist with training of Revenue Transaction Training Coordinators on all aspects of their duties as necessary
* Assists with special projects in the Finance department as needed
* Limited role as back-up for Finance areas
* Maintains a safe and neat working environment
* Performs Park cashier and SOP audits as needed
* Back-office ticket printing responsibilities
* Performs guest facing duties in park to ensure positive customer flow while audits are completed
* Ensures excellent customer (internal & external) service by responding to customer requirements, expectations and needs
* Occasionally assists other locations and areas throughout the park as needed
* Other duties as assigned

What it takes to succeed:

* At least 18 years of age
* An Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 1-2 years related experience and/or training is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional training will be provided upon time of employment and as needed
* Courses in Finance, Accounting, or another related field, a plus
* Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills
* Able to write effective business correspondence
* Strong basic math skills using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
* Ten-key experience preferred
* Knowledge of all ATRB vault functions preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel applications
* Able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
* Able to positively interact with park guests and co-workers of all ages, different ethnic/cultural backgrounds and/or language, and individuals with special needs
* Able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
* Must be able to manage time wisely and set priorities effectively
* Must be able to work weekends and holidays
* Able to regularly use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, sometimes above head, handle, feel, stoop or kneel
* Able to regularly lift/move up to 10 pounds; frequently lift/move up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds
* Able to stand, sit and/or kneel for prolonged periods of time
* Able to work indoors and in outside weather conditions (i.e., direct sunlight, wet and/or humid)
* Able to work in an environment with moderate noise levels
* Must be flexible in work locations as placement will depend on business needs and career development opportunities

Compensation :

* 18.25 per hour
