Installation Coordinator

The Installation Coordinator is responsible for management of all installation projects. In addition, this person has some warehouse responsibilities (listed below).

What You Will Do:

* Create job files from information provided through order entry.
* Manage backlog and coordinate installation schedule with customers.
* Manage installation jobs from creation through completion.
* Perform pre-job on-site checks, requested on-site meetings and walk-throughs when necessary.
* Work with the factory with on any Class I material related issues.
* Actively manage installation schedule.
* Assure paperwork is properly filled out by technicians including the JCS, Door ID sheet and any special payment forms required.
* Verify that job is completed per company policy/Sarbanes Oxley
* Review inventory used with the technicians and make any adjustments necessary on the Sales Order.
* Unloading/receiving trucks from the manufacturing facility and UPS and sometimes delivering material to installers.
* Keep warehouse clean and orderly and assist with physical inventory.
* Process core returns and out of box failures.
* Research/order/receive and ship class1/class2/class3 material.

What You Need to Succeed:

* High School Diploma or GED
* Coordinator experience in a construction or industrial environment
* Excellent computer, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail & excellent multi-tasking ability
* Ability to lift and/or carry weight from 50-75 lbs.
* Valid Driver's License with no restrictions

Additional Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or Marketing.
* Project Management or Finance Background
